The Administrative Team
The Program Developer monitors the plan for each consumer we serve. Their oversight includes effective training, hands on implementation, and documentation accuracy for each specialized plan. The Program Developer supports each Operations Manager and their team of Support Technicians. They work together and communicate effectively to build a strong team that provides the most comprehensive care available.
The Management Team
The Operations Manager is primarily responsible for training and guiding the Support Technicians in the delivery of services outlined in the ISP. The Manager also develops the schedule of Support Techs, ensuring the staffing levels are properly maintained in each home.
The Support Technicians
Each team includes highly trained Support Technicians, who are responsible for the direct implementation of Homemaker Personal Care services, Skill Development programs, Behavior Support plans and General Interventions Strategies. Support Technicians focus on the health and safety of the client, while promoting growth and independence. Support Technicians know that each day is an opportunity to build skills. Rather than just “doing for” a person, we assist individuals with being active in all aspects of their lives.
